Shipping Policy

All NOVSEP pieces are made to order in partnership with our trusted factory in Shanghai. Since every order is unique in size, weight, and destination, we do not offer fixed shipping rates.

How It Works

  1. Email us at info@bynovsep.com with the piece(s) you're interested in and your shipping destination.

  2. We'll provide an estimated shipping quote based on the product's approximate size and weight.

  3. Once you confirm, we will issue a formal invoice to secure your order and initiate production.

  4. Your order enters production — lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

  5. When your piece is ready and packed, we'll confirm the final shipping cost based on actual weight and dimensions.

  6. We will then provide a final logistics invoice for the shipping cost.

  7. Once the payment has been made, we'll arrange delivery to your destination and keep you updated throughout the process.

Why Shipping Is Quoted Separately

Because the final weight and dimensions can vary slightly after production, the actual shipping cost may differ from the initial estimate. We only charge you the exact cost — no markup.

Payment Terms

The product price is paid in full upfront to secure your order. Shipping costs are paid separately once your piece is ready to ship.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We will provide an estimated delivery window when your order is ready to ship.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs authority

  • The sole responsibility of the customer

  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees before placing your order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of inquiry. Once shipping is arranged, we are unable to redirect packages to a different address. Additional shipping fees may apply if an incorrect address is provided.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bynovsep.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will handle the claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
