Welcome to NOVSEP. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOVSEP website, as well as the purchase of any physical products or engagement of professional services. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Made-to-Order & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to original furniture designs, ceramic tableware series, branding concepts, graphics, logos, and site architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of NOVSEP and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or commercially exploit any of our original designs, imagery, or text without express written permission from NOVSEP.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website and quoted in our correspondence are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.
Full payment for the product is required upfront to secure your order.
Production Start: Production begins only after payment has been received in full and the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your invoice for a full refund. After 24 hours, once payment has been received and production has commenced, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They are quoted and invoiced separately once your piece is ready to ship.
3. Physical Products: Furniture & Ceramic Tableware
3.1 Made-to-Order Policy
All physical products sold by NOVSEP are made to order. Please refer to our Made-to-Order & Cancellation Policy for full details regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and damages.
3.2 Product Representation
We take great care to accurately display our original designs. However, due to the nature of physical manufacturing and the specific application of vivid colors and custom ceramic glazes, slight variations in finish, tone, and texture are inherent to the production process. Such minor variations between website imagery and the physical product are not considered manufacturing defects.
3.3 Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Delivery timelines provided are estimates. NOVSEP is not liable for delays caused by third-party freight carriers or customs processing. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
3.4 Damages and Returns
Any claims for items damaged in transit must be reported to NOVSEP within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging. Please refer to our Made-to-Order & Cancellation Policy for details on how we handle damages and defects.
4. Professional Services: Interior Design & Branding
4.1 Service Inquiries
Inquiries regarding interior design, commercial branding, or full-service management (including site coordination) made through this website are preliminary.
4.2 Client Agreements
All professional service engagements are strictly governed by a separate, customized, and signed Client Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and your signed Client Agreement, the terms of the Client Agreement shall prevail. Initial consultation fees or project deposits processed through the website are non-refundable once design work or site coordination has commenced.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) of Hong Kong, NOVSEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, our physical products, or our services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. For all other claims, our total liability to you shall strictly not exceed the total purchase price of the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
